Appointment Scheduling
Patients are seen in the following order:
- Emergencies
- Scheduled Appointments
- Walk-Ins (If Time Permits)
We are as accommodating as possible when scheduling appointments. Generally we are able to see your pet withing a day or two if you call ahead.
We encourage you to tell your friends about us. Right now, we are offering referrals cards for you to give out with your name written on the back. You will receive a $10.00 credit to your account as well as the "New Client" when they come in for their first exam appointment.
Payment Policy
It is our policy to receive payment in full for professional services, medication and supplies at the time they are rendered. For your convenience we accept cash, all major credit cards, CareCredit and checks (for established clients). Please feel free to request an estimate in advance.
CareCredit
We offer CareCredit to our clients because your pet is an important part of your family. CareCredit is similar to other major credit cards but with two unique features. Every CareCredit transaction is eligible for a No Interest (if paid within promotional period) or Low Fixed Interest Payment Plan. Ask our staff for more information. You can also go to
