Appointment Scheduling
Patients are seen in the following order:
  • Emergencies
  • Scheduled Appointments
  • Walk-Ins (If Time Permits)

We are as accommodating as possible when scheduling appointments. Generally we are able to see your pet within a day or two if you call ahead.

We encourage you to tell your friends about us. Right now, we are offering referrals cards for you to give out with your name written on the back. You will receive a $10.00 credit to your account as well as the "New Client" when they come in for their first exam appointment.  

Payment Policy

It is our policy to receive payment in full for professional services, medication and supplies at the time they are rendered. For your convenience we accept cash, all major credit cards, CareCredit and checks (for established clients). Please feel free to request an estimate in advance.

When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well.  Martinez Animal Hospital understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments.  You can either apply at our hospital, where we'll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or apply yourself online at:  www.CareCredit.com.
