Love the staff, and the new facility is nice and spacious. The family of vets take very good care of our English Crème Retriever and set up wellness checks way in advance.
Had a good experience here at the spay/neuter clinic at the Martinez shelter. They let us in a bit after hours at the door and got us our pet, who had been well looked after. Thanks to the staff both front and back of house. We appreciate you and letting us hop around both times we were there.
Everyone is always so happy and helpful! My dog got the best of care getting his eye treated for an infection. They were able to get Kai in for an appointment quickly, and both Drs. Stacy and Erin Enke are the best! Highly recommend coming here 🙂
As a senior citizen who has had dogs all her life, this is the finest veterinary hospital I’ve ever used… Everyone is knowledgeable, good-natured, kind, and caring. Just what a beloved pet and its owner deserve. Kudos by the buckets for the owners and their staff.
Dr. Enke saved our cat! Emergency vet told us to euthanize our Maya, but Dr. Enke suggested another option, and that treatment worked! Over a year later, my cat is happy and brings her toys to our bed to play. She is almost 16 years old now.
Decent and honest people. They do not push you to buy products or services. New location is very spacious and clean. I am grateful that such a facility exists in my area. I have been taking my dog and cats to this place since I moved to the East Bay.
Although Dr. Enke was not available this day, fill-in Dr. Humphrey (?) was very informative and did an excellent job of following up on Penny’s urinalysis and questions we had about potential urinary stone formation. New facility is quite spacious ,and it’s nice to be with your animal again for exams—our first time at the new place.
